Over Denture using Access Post System: A Novel Treatment Approach

Lack of retention and stability prosthesis coupled with poor masticatory effectiveness is one the most frequent problem faced by edentulous patients. In Present case,using a "Access post over denture system" preferable than using overdentures that are supported teeth in past. A conservative strategy for root preservation was used fabrication access overdenture, which both well-retentive aesthetically pleasing.
